Terms of Service

Customer Agreement

By submitting a quote request or utilizing any services provided by Cowpoke Fabrication & Powder Coating, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding with any work.

Minimum Order

All powder coating jobs are subject to a $50 minimum order. This applies regardless of the size or quantity of items submitted.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the item(s). Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins. The customer must approve the final price before work proceeds.

Preparation & Condition

Items must be free of grease, oil, and loose debris prior to drop-off unless otherwise arranged. Additional preparation may incur extra charges. We reserve the right to refuse items that are in a condition unsuitable for coating.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimated and not guaranteed. We strive to complete all projects in a timely manner but will not rush at the expense of quality. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Liability

Cowpoke Fabrication & Powder Coating is not liable for any pre-existing defects, structural weaknesses, or damage to items that may become apparent during the preparation or coating process. Items are processed at the customer's own risk.

Pickup & Storage

Completed items must be picked up within 30 days of notification of completion. Items not collected within this period may be subject to storage fees or disposal at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work and prior to release of items. We accept cash and other payment methods as available. Specific payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.
